LIVE session Eurotier: Safeguarding tomorrow’s livestock production

12 February 2021

Most feeding practices are too much focused on conventional one-sided nutritional Young Animal Feeding programs. However, livestock phenotyping – including performance, health and welfare – are multifactorial processes. This talk stresses on the need for integrated and dynamic transfer of cutting-edge knowledge and technologies to safeguard profitability and competitive edge for farmers. Additional elements such as biodiversity as well as sustainability and consumer trends flavor livestock production of tomorrow.
